RCH’s rationale for the take over of TDM was the belief that it could export its customer focus and control system, based on Critical success Factors, to TDM. RCH believed that this would transform TDM’s performance and increase the wealth of RCH’s shareholders. Required: identify four Critical Success Factors which would be appropriate to use for TDM.
