Dear Sirs,

We are pleased to advise you that concerning your S/C No．819 for 500 sets color TV, we have issued confirmed, irrevocable L/C No．919 for US ＄50 000, through the Bank of China, London, valid to October 20.

Please see to it that the goods are shipped before 20th October and the insurance is to be covered for 150% of the invoice value against All Risks．We know that according to your usual practice, you insure the goods only for the 110% of the invoice value, therefore, the additional premium will be for our account.

Please arrange the insurance accordingly and inform us your shipment date after closing the insurance.

House prices have risen again this month as demand continues to outstrip supply, according to the latest research from the property website Rightmove. co. u. k. "It's an intriguing situation, with two house price indexes showing the market grinding to a halt, and two showing that the train still has a good head of steam," said John Wriglesworth, an independent housing commentator. He said that property markets should remain "well supported", thanks to "low interest rates, good affordability and low unemployment".

The price of the average home jumped by 2.5 percent in August, for the second month in a row, to ￡110,890, a gain of￡67 for every day of the month. It said house prices rose just 0.2 per cent, after jumping 1.8 per cent in July, bringing the annual rise down to 18.8 per cent.

That s when Robby said, "I’ll be right back. Please wait for me a minute," and ran off. I watched curiously as she went across to the hot dog stand. Then I realized what she was doing. She bought a hot dog,crossed back to the garbage can,and gave the hungry man the food. When she came back to us, Robby said simply," I was just passing on the kindness that someone gave to me. "
