Paul Ning is not a native-born American. He is the son of a professor from the People's Republic of China. Ning came to the United States at the age of three. Most educators believe that Asian scholastic achievement has much to do with breeding and nurture. Many Asian-American children have also well-educated parents who are always on the school's side. As a result, it is no wonder that Asian-American children usually do a far better job than their classmates.
