听力原文: Well, for those of you who went out today, I dont have to tell you it was clear but muggy for most of the state, with high temperatures in the low to mid 90's. The city of Elkview had the high for the day at 97 degrees. And thafs hot. I'm glad I'm working indoors today! For those of you planning outdoor activities tomorrow, you can expect fair skies for most of Saturday with temperatures in the high 90's. However, things might change by Saturday evening with a storm front moving in. We can expect light, scattered showers over the northern part of the state bringing slightly cooler temperatures in the 80's, but this rain should taper off by mid-Sunday morning. It will be partly cloudy for most of the morning, but these clouds should move out by mid-afternoon. Skies should be clear Sunday night, and we recommend catching a glimpse of the partial lunar eclipse. It should start at 10:47 p.m. And that's all for today's weather.
What is the report mainly about?
A.A storm watch.
B.The weather.
C.Today's high temperature.
D.The changing seasons.
听力原文: A couple of months ago, I went to a department store to buy a few things for the house. I needed a set of curtains for the living room, two table lamps, a rug and several cushions. I asked them to deliver the things as soon as possible, but they said they were unable to send them out until 20 days later. After about 3 weeks, I received only the curtains and table lamps. I was a little disappointed when I didn't receive all the items I had bought. But nevertheless, I was eager to see what the curtains and lamps looked like. I first opened the package with the curtains. I had bought a lovely light blue, and instead they had sent me a horrible dark purple. Well, you can just imagine how angry I was. Then I opened the boxes with the lamps. They were exactly what I'd ordered. But one of the lampshades was damaged. The next I did was to telephone them to complain. They promised to come and pick them up immediately and also to replace them with the correct order. It has been two weeks since my complaint. They have neither picked up the wrong items nor sent me the rest of my order.

WA No, I made it myself.
MB You made it yourself? That's incredible! How did you find the time to do something like that?
WA Well, you know what they say—you make time for things you enjoy. I took a rug-making class a couple of years ago, but it wasn't until I was in India and went to a rug market that I decided to finally make my own. So you're partially right — India is connected to this rug, but I didn't buy it there—just the materials I needed to make it.

MB You know that we'll always have a place for you if you decide to come back to work for a big firm.

W: Oh, yes, you... you've got to have some sort of control, because it has been proved that these, some of these things, can do irreparable damage, and I know a horrible story about a 16-year-old kid who is in mental hospital now. She went to a party and she took something there and now she's convinced she's an orange and she won't go out of the room for fear somebody's going to squash her.
M: Lesley, bow wide spread is the use of so-called illegal drugs in England?
W: Well, as regards cannabis (大麻)... um... I think as yet little is known about it. I think it may be a rash thing to legalize it now when so little is known, but it must he said that no positive harm has been proved.
M: In view of hostility towards the so-called illegal drugs in things like newspapers and television, why do so many young people take drugs?
W: Well, I think there are many reasons. One of the reasons is because of hostility. It's the job of the younger generation to reject all the values of the older generation, and it's just as well for human society that this is so, be cause otherwise we would never change it or make it better.

A.Harm that cannot be repaired.
B.Harm that are more powerful these days.
C.Damage that can be repaired.
D.Harm that are legalized.
