It ______me that I had a choice.

Is this argument deductive or inductive? We interviewed three people, and each one was very personable. I think that the first person had the strongest resume. But the second person seemed a lot smarter. I liked the enthusiasm and energy that the third person had, but that person never worked for an organization like ours before. It’s a tough choice. But I’m thinking that probably the second person would be the best of the three for us to hire since innovative ideas are more important to us than experience or enthusiasm.

【其它】Part I 英译汉 (每题10分) We recognize that China's long-term modernization program understandably and necessarily emphasizes economic growth. All this had come to an end in 1905 when the medical mission was dissolved and several of Mother's colleagues were killed in the uprising. I had been puzzling over the problem for over an hour without any result, when all at once the solution flashed across my mind. At present people have a tendency to choose the safety of the middle-ground reply. This kind of new medicine is effective but unfortunately of no actual value as it is not soluble in water. Suddenly the door bursts open and the Time Traveler appears, dirty, disheveled, and bedraggled, with a nusty cut on his chin. W: Very busy. I had a lot of meetings, so, of course, I didn't have much time to see New York.
M: What a pity! Actually, I have a trip there myself next week.
W: De you? Then take my advice, do the well-being in the air program. It really works.
M: Oh, I read about that in a magazine. You say it works?
W: Yes, I did the program on the flight to the States, and when I arrived at New York, I didn't have any problem, no jet lag at all. On the way back, I didn't do it, and I felt terrible.
M: You're joking!
W: Not at all, it really meant a lot of difference.
M: Eh. So what did you do?
W: Well, I didn't drink, any alcohol or coffee, and I didn't eat any meat or rich food. I drink a lot of water, and fruit juice, and I ate the meals on the well-being menu. They're lighter. They have fish, vegetables, and noodles, for example, and I did some of the exercises in the program.
