c)The receivers of goods under the B/L may be one of the following parties:

(1)() the buyer of the sales contract

(2)() the named consignee including straight consignee or order of consignee without endorsement and transferor

(3)() the endorsee to whom the B/L has been specially endorsed

(4)() the holder to whom the B/L has been blank endorsed
