清管器发送过程Pig delivery process： 1)关闭发送筒隔断阀门和平衡阀门Close the transfer cartridge partition valve and balance valve； 2)打开放空阀，卸掉发送筒中的压力，在发送筒中压力未达到大气压力前，不能急于打开盲板Open the vent valve and remove the pressure in the sending cylinder. Before the pressure in the sending cylinder reaches the atmospheric pressure, the blind plate cannot be opened in a hurry； 3)打开盲板，放入清管器，直到清管器到达发送筒颈缩管处，并在该处紧紧地贴合Open the blind plate and place in the pig until the pig reaches the delivery cylinder neck and fits tightly； 4)关闭盲板Close the blind plate； 5)轻微地打开平衡阀排出发送筒中的空气Slightly open the balance valve to expel air from the sending cylinder； 6)关闭放空阀并慢慢使发送筒中的压力增加到管线压力Close the vent valve and slowly increase the pressure in the delivery cylinder to line pressure； 7)关闭平衡阀，若没有关闭平衡阀就打开清管器发送筒的隔断阀门时，可能会损坏清管器Close the balancing valve and may damage the pig by opening the partition valve in the pig delivery barrel without closing the balancing valve； 8)打开清管器发送筒隔断阀门Open the pig delivery cylinder partition valve； 9)打开平衡阀，关小线路主阀，使清管器通过发送筒Open the balancing valve and turn down the line main valve so that the pig passes through the sending cylinder； 10)打开线路主阀Open line main valve； 11)关闭发送筒隔断阀门和旁通平衡阀Close the delivery cartridge partition valve and bypass balancing valve； 12)放空发球筒。Empty the tee.
清管器接收过程Pig receiving process： 1)关闭放空阀和盲板Close vent valve and blind plate； 2)在清管器未到达之前，先打开平衡阀，然后打开接收筒隔断阀门，若清管器没有进入接收筒，应慢慢关闭线路主阀直到清管器被压入接收筒为止Before the pig arrives, first open the balance valve, and then open the receiving barrel partition valve. If the pig does not enter the receiving barrel, the line main valve should be closed slowly until the pig is pressed into the receiving barrel； 3)一旦清管器进入接收筒，应打开线路主阀阀门Once the pig enters the receiver, the line main valve should be opened； 4)关闭接收筒隔断阀门和平衡阀门Close the receiving cylinder partition valve and balance valve； 5)打开放空阀排出筒中的压力，待接收筒中压力下降到大气压Open the vent valve to discharge the pressure in the cylinder until the pressure in the receiving cylinder drops to atmospheric pressure； 6)打开盲板并取出清管器Open the blind and remove the pig； 7)关闭盲板Close the blind plate； 8)轻微地打开平衡阀，排出接收筒中的空气Open the balance valve slightly to expel air from the receiver； 9)关闭放空阀，并慢慢使接收筒中压力上升到管线压力Close the vent valve and slowly raise the pressure in the receiver to line pressure； 10)关闭平衡阀，若要接收下一个清管器，平衡阀和接收筒隔断阀应打开着。Close the balancing valve, and to receive the next pig, the balancing valve and the receiving barrel isolation valve should be open.
