听力原文: How many men do housework? Recently a European commission tried to find out people's ideas and reactions to the women's movement. As part of the survey, they asked many men and women the question, "Who does the housework?" The men answered very differently from the women!
The housework they asked people about was: preparing meals, washing dishes, cleaning the house and baby-sitting. 48% of British husbands said they did these things. 37% of Danish men helped in the house. But only 15% of Italian men said they did the housework; many of them said they never helped at all.
But there was an interesting point of view from the wives. According to British wives, only 38% of their husbands helped in the house. And Italian wives said that their husbands hardly ever helped. The Italian and British men did not tell the truth! The commission found that Danish men were the most trustful husbands; their answers were the same as their wives' answers.

SECRET SHOPPERS
Tim Wright knows all about making companies more efficient. His firm, Check-up, sends 'secret shoppers' into retail and leisure companies (29) order to make sure that customers are receiving good service. After (30) visit, the secret shoppers prepare a report for the company to let them know (31) good or bad the service was.
Companies like to know,' says Mr Wright,' that (32) customers go into a store just a few minutes before closing time, they will (33) get good service.' Check-up (34) set up in the west of England in 1992 and (35) two years moved to London so it could offer a nationwide service. (36) the last three years, Check-up's profits have (37) dramatically as companies have come to realise (38) great importance of good customer service. Having started with just three employees, Check-up now has a staff (39) sixty-five and last week (40) an important new contract with a major supermarket chain.

听力原文: In 1955, Walt Disney himself opened the first Disney Park in the USA, Los Angeles. Later Disney world was opened in Florida in 1971. It cost between $500 and $600 million to build. Tokyo Disney Park opened in Japan in 1983, and Europe Disney opened in France in 1992.
Now Hong Kong is going to build a Disney Park and it will be open in 2005. More than 80% of Hong Kong's population would like to visit the Disney Park when it is opened. The adult admission fee is between 32 to 38 American dollars. But about half of the people thought the adult admission fee was too high. The children's admission fee is not known yet. But children may not mind paying any entrance fee. "If I start saving money: now, I'll have enough money to pay the entrance fee in five years time," said Mary, a 12 years old girl, "I can't take my son to the Disney Park in the USA," said Mrs. Sally, mother of a small boy, "that's why I agree to the government's plan to build one here. Then I'll be able to take my son there. The admission fee of just under one hundred dollars is nothing compared with the price of an air ticket to the USA."
